Oliver Cardigan/Pullover Baby/Child Sizes

Oliver Cardigan/Pullover is subtly textured, raglan  sweater, worked from top down, seamlessly. 

There are many design options provided in the pattern pdf. It can be made as a cardigan, pullover or turtle neck pullover. Also, can be made in solid color or houndstooth pattern.


Baby sizes:

Sizes: NB (0-3m, 3-6m, 6-12m, 12-18m, 18-24m)

Garment chest: 18” (20”, 21”, 22”, 23”, 25”)

To fit chest: 14” (16”, 17”, 18”, 19”, 20”)

    Hi! This may be a silly question, I got this pattern and I’m stuck on the Row 3 section for the neck ribbing. It shows that each row should increase by 8…where do these increases occur? V-Stitch? I can’t seem to get the full 8 increase in each row.
