Granny square table runner

I had never made granny squares. So I googled and found this great tutorial on  Craftpassion .  I followed this tutorial and made some granny squares. Then I joined them together and added border to make this table runner. Abbreviations/ stitches used (US terms) Ch- chain Tr- treble crochet Dc- double crochet Sl st- slip stitch Abbreviations master list Things you will need: Worsted weight yarn in 5 colours (4 colours for granny squares and 1 colour for joining and border)   I/9 (5.5 mm) crochet hook Yarn needle Pair of scissors Make total 12 granny squares. I used 4 colours and I made 3 granny squares of each colour. I have worked the 1st round in a ch instead of 4 ch circle or magic ring method.  Click here  for the details. Ice cream Tote Bag

Ice cream Tote Bag (Beginner friendly pattern) In 2017, I participated in MICQ's Guinness World Record Event, for the longest crochet scarf. That time I received sponsored yarn. I had some yarn left after completing the scarves. I was not very experienced in crochet at that time. I was actually making a table runner for my mother, but the yarn was insufficient. So I folded the rectangle in half, sewed the sides together, added the straps... And this is how this bag was born 😂 Things you will need: Worsted weight cotton yarn in 3 colours; A, B and C I/9 (5.5 mm) crochet hook Lining fabric (optional) Needle and thread Gauge: Not crucial for this project Finished bag measurements: Stitches used/ Abbreviations: Ch- chain Dc- double crochet Lcdc- long chain dc Sc- single crochet Special stitches: Star stitch Lcdc: draw up a loop to the height of dc, 1 dc in same st. V neck vest

Easy V neck toddler vest  I made this vest last year for my daughter. (Download the  pdf  here) I have modified this pattern little bit. I have included the instructions for bottom ribbing and have increased the armhole depth slightly. Things you will need Yarn: 1. RHSS Jumbo in pale yellow (Colour A)  2. Caron jumbo in baby rainbow (Colour B) You can use any worsted weight yarn, just make sure your gauge is correct. Crochet hooks  I/9/(5.5 mm) and H/8 (5 mm) (or size to obtain the gauge) Yarn needle Pair of scissors Gauge: With larger hook, 13 sc and 16 rows = 10 cm square Finished vest measurements: Chest: 22" Length from shoulder to hem: 12" Neck depth: 3" Armhole depth: 4 1/2" Notes: Ch1 does NOT count as a stitch.
