I had some DK weight cotton yarn in multiple colours. I crocheted this bag using 2 strands together (thickness similar to bulky weight yarn). This bag is very sturdy and you can carry heavy items. This pattern is great for stash busting. I used 9 different colours, but you can use single colour and single strand of worsted or bulky cotton yarn. Materials Cotton yarn DK weight in 9 colours or Worsted/bulky yarn in single colour. 5.5 mm crochet hook Pair of scissors Yarn needle Abbreviations US terminology ch = chain sl st = slip stitch sc = single crochet dc = double crochet Notes: Use 0.5-1 mm smaller hook than the size recommended on yarn label.
